Research on complex enzyme system to extract Hibiscus Sabdariffa L reducing sugar

Hibiscus Sabdariffa L. has important nutritional and medicinal value. Currently, a safe process extraction of reducing sugar from calyx by biological complex enzyme system is seldom investigated. In this experiment, the pectinase cellulase was used to optimize enzymatic hydrolysis Box behnken design experiment. The results showed that there significant difference in enzymolysis effect L under different conditions (p < 0.05). When temperature 45 °C, pH 4.5, mass volume ratio material liquid 5g:100ml, optimum were obtained response surface methodology: addition amount 0.011 g/kg, mixed 1.36:1, time 2.09 h, content extract 3.56 mg/ml. experimental (3.54 ± 0.1mg / ml) good agreement with predicted value equation fitted surface. advantages environmental protection energy saving, which can provide guidance for industrial production.
